الوصف الوظيفي:
As a Webmaster, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our website, ensuring its functionality, usability, problem solving, and optimization. 

Main responsibilities:

Latest data migration and redirects from the old to the new website, making sure all links work properly. 
Manage the day-to-day operations of the website, including content upload and updates, create new pages and action hubs, feature enhancements, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
Monitor website performance metrics, analyse data, and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with design teams to implement website enhancements and new features.
Ensure website compliance with global standards and best practices, including accessibility and security protocols.
Collaborate with the media team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, leveraging the website as a key channel.
Stay current with emerging web technologies and trends, and make recommendations for adoption where applicable.
Train and support staff on website management tools and processes.
Liaise with service and content providers. 
Overall responsibility of website security includes monitoring, updating and improving security features and firewalls.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
Proven 2 - 3 years experience as a webmaster or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful website projects.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages and frameworks.
Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret website analytics data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
Compliance with the BDS movement principles, particularly the anti-normalization guidelines.
