Job title:Registration Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities
Receive, review, and process admission applications submitted by prospective students.
Verify that every application is accurate and fully entered into the admissions database.
Track and manage application statuses and deadlines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in the database.
Receive and prepare student requests for transcripts and other official documents.
Update and maintain physical and digital student files and archives.
Assist students with course registration processes, including providing guidance on registration procedures and troubleshooting registration issues.
Coordinate with academic departments to ensure accurate course scheduling and availability.
Serve as the initial point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors to the Registrar's Office.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
Provide general administrative support to the Dean, including preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
Report directly to the Dean.
Qualifications:
A BA degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or any related field.
Three years of work experience in a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet navigation.
A very good knowledge in databases
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work independently with a sense of urgency and high level of accuracy.
Good command of the Arabic and English languages, both oral and written
Performs well under pressure.
Good work attitude and a team player
