The Environment Quality Authority (EQA), in coordination with the General Personnel Council, announces the need to fill a number of posts (5) under the contract item within a program funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) to: work in the EQA according to the following qualifications and conditions
(A: Environmental Engineering inspector officer (2) in the northern area of West Bank (Nablus / Jenin Requested Qualifications:Education: University degree in Industrial engineering, Environmental engineering, Chemical engineering, Telecommunication engineering.
Experience in the environmental situation in Palestine
Aware of the existing environmental laws and regulations in Palestine
Knowledge about pollution measurement and relevant equipment
Ability to take samples and analyse data related to industrial pollution
Good reporting, archiving and documentation skills
Good communication and inter-relation skills
Ability to engage in extensive field work
Good in written and spoken English.
Work experience with MS Office applications is a must.
(B: Environmental Engineering inspector officer (1) in the central area of the West Bank (Jerusalem/Ramallah, Al-Bireh / Salfit Requested Qualifications:Education: University degree in Industrial engineering, Environmental engineering, Chemical engineering, Telecommunication engineering.
Experience in the environmental situation in Palestine
Aware of the existing environmental laws and regulations in Palestine
Knowledge about pollution measurement and relevant equipment
Ability to take samples and analyse data related to industrial pollution
Good reporting, archiving and documentation skills
Good communication and inter-relation skills
Ability to engage in extensive field work
Good in written and spoken English.
Work experience with MS Office applications is a must.
(C: Environmental Engineering inspector officer (2) in the southern area of the West Bank (Hebron / Bethlehem Requested Qualifications:Education: University degree in Industrial engineering, Environmental engineering, Chemical engineering, Telecommunication engineering.
Experience in the environmental situation in Palestine
Aware of the existing environmental laws and regulations in Palestine
Knowledge about pollution measurement and relevant equipment
Ability to take samples and analyse data related to industrial pollution
Good reporting, archiving and documentation skills
Good communication and inter-relation skills
Ability to engage in extensive field work
Good in written and spoken English.
Work experience with MS Office applications is a must.
