Employment Opportunity for a Land Surveyor

Union Construction and Investment (UCI) is one of the largest real-estate development and investment companies in Palestine. Established in 2005, UCI has changed the culture of Palestine’s residential and commercial development. UCI’s projects include TABO (www.TABO.ps), Masyoun Gardens (www.masyoungardens.ps) and MENA Geothermal (www.menageothermal.com) and is now offering an outstanding opportunity for a Land Surveyor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Carrying out the survey works for parcellation and division purposes and following up on the survey works in all of the company's projects.
Carrying out the marking works of the boundaries of the company's plots using paint and iron in a clear and noticeable way.
Surveying and designing lands and roads.
Authenticating and auditing master plans from the title deed and parcellation departments.
Auditing the master plans submitted to the municipality to obtain a building permit, and setting the boundaries of roads and construction lines.
Perform all work related tasks assigned by your direct supervisor and/or the General Manager.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Requirements:
Survey diploma from a recognized institution.
A licensed surveyor.
Good command of English and Arabic (written/oral).
At least 2 years of documented work experience in this field.
Ability to deal with structural master plans and aerial images.
Full knowledge in the use of engineering programs, specifically Autocad and GIS programs.
Ability to use the different survey devices.
Ability to handle responsibility and work pressure.
Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or comments from clients, coworkers, supervisor and/or management.
Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in varying situations.
Excellent communication, time management, analytical and quantitative skills.
High work ethics and professionalism.
Valid driver’s license.
