Nabali & Fares Real Estate Company is looking for enthusiastic Marketing Specialist that reports to Marketing & PR Manager, and will have the following responsibilities:

Implementing marketing and advertising campaigns / offers in accordance to marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.
Planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating marketing calendars.
Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data; tracking product line sales.
Supervising promotional materials .
Monitoring budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Coordinating with Graphic designer in a timely manner
Coordinating ad space with various media agencies (Print, online, outdoor, telemarketing, etc.…)
Implementing Press Releases, shopping guides, etc.…
Managing Social Media pages
Managing events and PR.


متطلبات الوظيفة
Qualifications and Experience:

BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Minimum 2 years’ Experience in the field of marketing.
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics…
Training and knowledge in digital marketing tools.
Excellent command of the English language
