Systems Engineer

FIS Solutions & Security is a leading IT company based in Ramallah, specialized in network security technologies and NAS solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated System Engineer.

:Responsibilities

Troubleshooting of Kaspersky Endpoint Security, VMWare and Storage appliances as well as other components of internal and external systems.
Handle Installation Projects.
Evaluate environment for process improvement and make recommendations to improve support processes.
Collaborate and communicate with other team members to provide good service and issue resolution.

متطلبات الوظيفة
Requirements:

At least 1-year experience in network technologies (Windows Server, UNIX, VMWare).
Experience with SAN/NAS is a plus.
Must have hands in Information security policies, procedure and framework.
Effective communication, listening, verbal and written skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English
Team player with strong interpersonal skills to work with sales, consulting and support in a dynamic and innovative company environment.
B.S in computer engineering or related field.
