Brief

We are currently seeking an energetic marketing coordinator to join our family at the company headquarters in Ramallah.

Responsibilities & Duties include but not limited to:

Implementing marketing and advertising campaigns / offers in accordance to marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.
Planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating marketing calendars.
Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data; tracking product line sales.
Supervising promotional materials / in store communication tools; keeping materials ready by coordinating requirements with CRM department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
Supporting sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
Researching competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
Monitoring budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Coordinating with Graphic department in a timely manner
Coordinating marketing and advertising campaigns and offers with E-commerce team
Coordinating ad space with various media agencies (Print, online, outdoor, telemarketing, etc.…)
Implementing Press Releases, shopping guides, etc.…
Managing Social Media pages
Managing events
Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
Accomplishing organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Qualifications and Experience:

BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Minimum 5 years’ Experience in the field of marketing.
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics…
Training and knowledge in digital marketing tools.
Excellent command of the English language
