A Leading Retailer in Palestine is looking for a passionate Marketing Director to lead the marketing and branding team.

The retailer manages over 25 stores featuring more than 100 international brands in men and women’s business and sports apparel, footwear, accessories and children’s clothing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Managing all marketing activities for the company.
Developing the marketing strategy for the company, targeting audiences for different retail stores, defining goals and developing marketing communications strategies and tactics.
Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Preparing and overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
Creating and producing all marketing materials in line with a marketing strategy.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns and measuring results.
Assuming overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Creating digital marketing content for multiple social media platforms.

Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and a self-starter with excellent time management skills and strong problem solving skills
Excellent follow up skills and management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible work hours

Education, Experience and Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or in Business Administration.
Postgraduate degree is desirable
10+ years professional experience relevant to this position
